Shipping policy

I ship my artworks worldwide. All work is packed and dispatched from my studio in Vilnius, Lithuania; the company is registered in Kaunas.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Lithuania — 3–5 business days. Parcel locker 8 €, registered post 9 €, courier 12 €. Free on orders over 150 €. Collection in Vilnius is free.

  European Union — 7–12 business days. 12 €.

  Rest of the world — 12–21 business days. 17 €.

• Large works. Paintings above A2 are quoted individually. Please contact me at hello@lumeart.studio before ordering and I will confirm the exact cost.

Packaging. All artworks are packed in protective, moisture-resistant tubes or sturdy double-walled boxes.

Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Environmental responsibility (Germany). In accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), Lumė, MB is registered with the LUCID Packaging Register under registration number DE5464668890333 and fulfils its recycling obligations through a system participation agreement.
