Shipping policy

I ship my artworks worldwide from my studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. Each piece is handled with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Lithuania: 2–4 business days via Parcel Locker (8 €) or Free on orders over 150 €. Local pickup in Vilnius is also available for free.

• European Union (EU): 5–10 business days (12 €) or Free on orders over 150 €.

• Rest of the World: 10–21 business days (20 €).

Packaging All artworks are carefully packed using high-quality materials. Depending on the size and type of the piece, they are shipped in protective moisture-resistant tubes or sturdy, double-walled cardboard boxes to ensure safe transit.

Customs and Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Environmental Responsibility (Germany) In accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), MB Lume is registered with the LUCID Packaging Register under number: DE5464668890333 and fulfills its recycling obligations through a system participation agreement.
