Refund policy

  • I want you to be completely happy with your new art. Depending on the type of your purchase, the following policies apply:

    Standard Artworks For non-customized items, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Once the item is received in its original condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

    Custom and Commissioned Artworks Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and refunds are not accepted for commissioned pieces.

    • During the creation process, I provide updates and ship the artwork only after receiving your 100% approval of the final result.

    • Exceptions: A return or replacement will only be considered if the item arrives damaged during transit or does not match the specifications/parameters agreed upon in the initial commission agreement.

    Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
