1. How do I place an order?
For Custom Drawings: Choose your options and complete the checkout. After your order, send your photo by email and I'll begin work. A preliminary sketch follows within 2–4 business days.
For Original Art: Simply add the artwork to your cart and complete the checkout. These pieces are unique and ready to ship.
For Animal Family Portraits: Start with an enquiry – we agree the details and price first, then a 30% deposit reserves your place.
2. What are the shipping times and costs?
We ship worldwide using secure, tracked services. All work is packed and dispatched from my studio in Vilnius, Lithuania.
- Lithuania:
3–5 business days. Parcel locker 8 €, courier 12 € – free over 150 €. Collection in Vilnius is free. - European Union: 7–12 business days (12 €).
- Rest of the world: 12–21 business days (17 €).
Paintings above A2 are quoted individually – please contact me before ordering.
3. How is the artwork packaged for safety?
We take extra care to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.
- Portraits: Packed flat in protective, moisture-resistant materials.
- Original Oil Paintings: Wrapped in multiple layers of protective wrap and a sturdy double-walled box.
4. How does the payment process work?
Drawings and Original Art: The full price is paid at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods.
Animal Family Portraits: A 30% non-refundable deposit reserves your commission. The balance is due after you approve the final result, before dispatch.
